The rooms need a lot of work. There was fungus all over, the towel left a soap-like substance on my body, and the fan made so much noise I couldn’t sleep. OYO should improve the rooms and train the night staff. The receptionist on duty at night was very unprofessional and didn’t respect online bookings or room rates. I arrived late and disturbed him while he was sleeping. He told me he had to work both day and night, said not to waste time, and said he needed to close the shutter.

The rooms felt peaceful and were laid out well for comfort, with cozy beds, fresh linens, soft lighting, and good equipment. Housekeeping came promptly and kept things clean throughout my stay.

The rooms were only average. The towels seemed to have been washed with chemicals that left my hair very dry. They asked for Rs. 300/- extra for early check-in but didn’t give me a receipt, and Oyo hasn’t helped with the issue.

We got a good room on the second floor, and both the room and washroom were clean and nice. Breakfast was good too: aloo parantha, bread toast, curd, pickle, and tea. The entrance is tiny, with the reception upstairs on the first floor and nothing much visible from the ground. There’s no lift or parking outside, and cars are parked at the owner’s risk.
