I wouldn't recommend bringing family here, or staying with a partner. The bedsheets aren't clean, dust has apparently been left for ages, and some rooms have broken ACs. They also refill old bottles and give them to customers to drink. For just an overnight stay, it may be okay, but think five times before booking.

The toilet was filthy, the service was horrible, and the staff acted casually and arrogantly. This place isn't fit for hospitality, and the people running it are wrong for the business. Easily the worst experience of my life.

The rooms were clean, but the AC wasn't working and the food didn't taste good.

The place is hygienic and feels safe for everyone, and the staff are very helpful. I was satisfied with the service and would recommend giving it a try. Thanks, kiaan palace 👍

I paid for a booking made the day before, but when I arrived they said there were no rooms left. What a joke. The hotel offered me no help at all.
