I found the whole stay unreliable. The sheets were dusty, the AC barely worked, and the geyser seemed to be there just for show. I had to ask repeatedly for a bathroom mug, and staff acted like I was asking too much by expecting basic service. The reports about online bookings being cancelled when guests arrive turned out to be true for me. It seems they do this to avoid paying taxes.

My friend and his daughter arrived late at night after I booked through MakeMyTrip for Rs 529. The hotel said it had no record of the reservation and that it no longer accepted OYO or MakeMyTrip bookings. I had to pay Rs 800 so they could stay, and the hotel gave no bill the next day. I lost money, but I hope others avoid booking here just because online prices look lower. They don't honor them, and I wish to spare someone else this kind of cheating.

The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff treated me with respect and politeness. For such a cheap price, this is a good hotel. I'd suggest my friends visit too.

I had booked online, but when I arrived they said my room had been cancelled. They claimed no rooms were available unless I paid extra, and then they would have one. They were rude about it. I had no real choice at the time, so I ended up paying more. The experience was awful.

It was a quiet, hygienic stay, and I enjoyed my time here. A cheap and good hotel for this area.
