The room had a great view, and the food was good. Staff were humble, helpful, and very good to deal with. It was an affordable, pocket friendly stay, and I'd highly recommend it.

The staff are very nice, and the food is great. Meals are served buffet style, self service, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner available. The building has a historic look, and although the rooms are old, they're properly maintained. Free wifi and hot water are available around the clock. Great location, too.

The rooms are huge, and the washrooms are too. I liked the distinctive decor and wooden furniture, and you can feel the place's historic past. But that's where the good points stop. My room was dusty, with cobwebs by the windows. The TV and coffee maker didn't work, and the bathtub was dirty and had a few spiders in it. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you're urgently short of room options.

The breakfast was included, but it wasn't a buffet. Each day we got just one boiled egg and two slices of bread, which was extremely limited. There were also restrictions, including a no outside food policy, that made things inconvenient. I stayed for three days, and the service was disappointing throughout. Basic things we asked for, like an iron when heavy rain made one urgently necessary, coffee pouches, soap, towels, and other small essentials, were declined. The owner personally turned down every request and offered no alternative help. The hospitality and service fell below expectations, so I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, accommodating stay.
