We had no real choice but to stay because it was around 3am morning. Before I arrived, I had booked through OYO and spoken with the owner, who told me everything was set and to come. I had already paid about 1297 online on oyo, but at the hotel the manager demanded another 1500 for the room, saying he'd process a refund. When I said that wasn't fair, he told me to do whatever I wanted and go to court if I wished. He later promised a bill copy but still hasn't provided it, and it's been 4 days. Neither OYO nor the owner has replied to my messages or helped. I ended up paying twice for the same stay, and no refund has been initiated. This feels like a complete fraud. I don't recommend this hotel or booking through OYO.

My stay at an Oyo Happy hotel in Faridabad was a complete nightmare. The bed sheets were stained, there was no hot water, and none of the taps worked properly. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, and seepage covered the walls. The place was filthy, the staff were rude and unhelpful, and there were other unspeakable things around the room. It was truly awful. Please don't stay here, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The receptionist didn't know how to speak to us, and gave us a very dirty room. They hadn't even changed the bedsheet, and the television didn't work either. Really bad experience. I'd say never go there.

The caretaker wasn't very helpful, and there were a lot of mosquitoes. The fan didn't work, and neither did the bathroom lights, so I had to use my phone's torch. Poor experience.
