There was poor ventilation in room 332 and no hot water at the hotel. When I asked the reception to move me, they said they were full. Reception service was pathetic too. I don’t know who gave them 4 stars. This was a horrible stay at The Lalit Traveller Faridabad, and the property and its star rating need proper due diligence.

The staff were courteous, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. They’re spacious, though the odd design still made them feel congested. The location works well for getting to Delhi and the Faridabad by pass road.

After a 13-hour flight from overseas, we reached the hotel and were refused entry, despite having a confirmed booking made 5-6 hours before arrival. They said the rate we booked at was below their current rate, so they wouldn’t honor the reservation. We’re willing to share the booking confirmation if they say they can’t find it. Staff member Jaskaran was extremely rude and unhelpful. The night manager he called was also unprofessional and made no effort to resolve things. They simply turned us away. This is unacceptable for any hotel. If they can’t honor confirmed bookings, they shouldn’t list them. Very disappointing, and I would never recommend this place.

I was disappointed by the hygiene and condition of all three rooms I was shown, and spent a restless night. My stay was from 7th November to 8th November 2025. I booked an executive room through MMT after seeing positive reviews about cleanliness and comfort. Room 418, the first one I was given, had dust on the headboard, nightstands, and window sills. The bathroom floor was sticky, mirrors had streaks, the washroom pot was very dirty, and a half-empty shampoo bottle had been left in the shower caddy. I was then shown room 332, which had a very dirty pot, and room 206, which I was finally allotted. All three rooms had hygiene and cleanliness problems. I’m sure they’ll still be in the same condition today. The three-room shuffle wasted 2 hours after check-in. I raised the issues with the front desk, but they said 206 was the last vacant room, and it was too late to find another hotel. I was also shown maintenance issues, including a half-broken door handle. The experience fell far short of what I expected from the hotel.
