The manager was unfriendly, and the hotel was noisy, with people shouting in the hallway at 7am. The bed was fine for a night, but the towels and bathroom were dirty. We had to ask for extra sheets and a blanket, and ask twice for a hot shower because they had turned off the hot water tank for our room.
We spent one night there, and my wife and I both got food poisoning. There was no electricity in our room all night, even though the hotel had power. In the morning, while we were unwell, we saw the fan outside our room running while our room stayed completely dark. The owner denied responsibility for the poor service and told us we should leave by 10AM. The place was dirty, the food was bad, and there was no electricity backup. I strongly advise people never to book this hotel. There's a nearby hotel called Hotel Govardhan that people could check instead.
The rooms and facilities were good, and both the staff and manager were good. Nothing bad about the facilities.
