At check-in, the two boys at reception said they couldn't find a booking, so I had to show them my purchase receipts. They were short-tempered and very rude. The staff came across as unprofessional.

The biryani I ordered wasn't even as good as roadside food I've eaten. The waiters also seemed arrogant, and the meal fell short of what I expected. A disappointing stay.

The rooms themselves are good, and the bathrooms are just okay, but there was no drinking water in the room, no hot water in the bathroom, and no intercom. Room service wasn't proper, either. The staff's approach felt very strange, especially toward me as a woman traveling solo. They said Wi-Fi was available, but it was so slow they wouldn't share the password.

The beds were okay, but the bathrooms were disgustingly old and covered in mold. I don't understand the two-star rating. Clean the bathrooms and the place might be kind of okay.

The rooms weren't clean, and there were spiders. Food was costly and tasteless, an omelet alone cost 80 rs, and drinks had an extra 50 rs charge. Really bad experience. Please don't eat or drink here, and don't come.
