The water situation left a bad impression: staff seemed reluctant to provide drinking water, and I had to ask repeatedly. The room layout also needs thought. The handheld bidet spray was on the left side, which was awkward for most right-handed people and is considered inauspicious. I stayed at 7 Wonders Hotel recently, and these basic comfort issues made the visit disappointing. The place may have potential, but it falls short on hospitality and comfort. I wouldn’t recommend it without some needed improvements.

We had a good stay once the sudden water shortage was fixed. The room was really good, the service was good too, and everything felt very hygienic.

The kitchen manager Vinay came across as arrogant and rude, as though he owned the hotel. Management seemed unaware of what was happening and didn’t look after guests’ comfort. Service was very poor; the furniture and TV were old, and the food was only average.

At [Hotel 7 Wonder], the room was exceptionally clean, fresh, and quiet, so I slept well. Its elegant design and top-notch amenities made the stay relaxing. The convenient location and outstanding service are why it’s become my go-to in the area. Staff were attentive and courteous, taking care of every need. A spectacular stay, 5 stars.

Food was very good, and we had a comfortable stay during our ttf visit. The rooms were okay, though some renovation is needed. The staff were especially good: Mr. Brijesh has trained his team well. Priya at reception and Rajkumar at the restaurant stood out, and the rest of the staff were cooperative and well behaved too. Thanks again to the whole team.
