Nothing was fixed after I told the front desk at 7:00 AM that the lock wasn’t working. By noon it was still broken, and someone could kick the door open. They were using bathroom locks as room locks. There was no hot water from the tap either. The rooms were garbage and poorly maintained, and the staff looked like roadside workers, not properly dressed. Poorly managed.

I booked one night at Cambay Sapphire through Agoda for myself and my daughter, but at reception they said there was no booking under my name and that it had been cancelled with a 100 percent non-refundable charge. I asked them to give us the prepaid room I’d booked. Then the manager said there was no hotel called Cambay Sapphire and told us to leave. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I’d never recommend this hotel, especially to women.

Everything was managed well, and the location made the stay more comfortable. The staff were helpful and the service went smoothly. A very good experience, and thanks for the great hospitality.

Overpriced and absolutely not worth the money. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work, there’s no Netflix on the TV, and the toilets are already shitty. Check-out is 12:30 pm, yet housekeeping woke me at 7:00 am. This is the worst service in cambay. The Sky imperial scks!

Part of Cambay Sapphire is under construction, which could mean noise or access issues for some guests. The rooms are small but cozy, with the basic amenities in place, and most of the facilities I needed were available. Service was prompt and responsive, and the staff were courteous. Overall, a decent option in Gandhinagar for comfort and convenient service.
