The road is congested, though CST station is nearby and Sandhurst road railway station on the Central and harbour line is close. The rooms are extremely small, and the bathroom is in terrible condition with no proper water supply. I told the hotel staff, but they didn’t listen, and their behaviour was very rude. There are no ATMs nearby or good vegetarian restaurants. It’s not recommended for a solo guest or a family. Please avoid this hotel at any cost.

For what they charge, I think you can find a better hotel with better service. The rooms are very small, and the cleanliness isn't good. Staff only seem to notice what you need when you point it out.

One night might be manageable, but I wouldn't stay here longer. I found lots of bed bugs in the beds, and the AC wasn't working properly. The door lock and TV also had problems.

It's an okay hotel, and the main plus is how close it is to the station and Western Express Way. The area gets crowded, with congestion being normal during the day.

The room was so cramped I felt suffocated, and there were bed bugs everywhere. Worst place ever.
