I wouldn’t book here without thinking twice. There’s no restaurant, so food has to be ordered from outside. Breakfast isn’t served on site either. If you pay for it, they order it from elsewhere, so I’d say don’t spend extra booking a room with breakfast. They say there’s parking, but it’s just open parking on the road. Since the hotel is in a shopping centre, you also share the lift, which has a lot of pan around. The rooms were in bad condition, making this one of the most pathetic stays I’ve had.

On arrival, they refused the room even though I’d paid an advance for a two-day booking. Getting the refund was a harrowing experience. The entrance and general atmosphere were filthy, and the whole stay situation was a nightmare. I’d tell people to avoid this place. It doesn’t deserve even one star.

I booked through Agoda, but couldn’t find the property when I first arrived. After somehow getting the property’s contact details, I was told no room was available. I think they do this to most customers who book online. Agoda also asked me to contact them within 30 minutes, but I got no call even after an hour. I’m sharing a screenshot as well.

We lasted just one night before leaving this small, bad lodge. Coming from a city like Mumbai, you may feel cheated, so please avoid it. The Grand Heaven is just behind this hotel and is a better place to stay. Please take this comment seriously.

The staff were supportive, which was good. But I booked online on the official website and was asked to pay more for an upgrade when I got to the hotel. The bed sheet also wasn’t clean.
