There are plenty of food places around, and amenities are close by. Hotel Best Velly was very accommodating, with down to earth staff. Gulab Singh handled everything really well. We were very happy with the stay and would certainly use their service again. All the best to hotel best velly.

We had agreed on the total price for two nights before checking in. After we'd stayed one night, the owner changed his story and said that price covered only one night, then demanded extra payment for the second night. He rudely told us to pay more or check out immediately. When we explained that we'd already discussed and agreed on the amount, he arrogantly said he could “check the CCTV camera,” as if we were lying. Rather than sort it out politely, he tried to intimidate us. The whole situation was stressful and uncomfortable, and the owner's behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone expecting honesty or basic courtesy from management.

I made my booking through make my trip. The rooms were clean, service was quick, and staff were polite and helpful. Mr. Gulab Singh deserves a special mention for being very cooperative and making our stay smooth. I highly recommend this place for an easy, hassle-free stay.
