The room was confirmed to me on the phone for six hours at ₹1000, so I came to the hotel with my luggage after calling from the railway station. Once I arrived, they suddenly said there was no room. If none were available, they should have told me honestly on the call instead of wasting my time and leaving me stranded to look for another hotel. What they promise by phone and what happens at the property are completely different. This place isn't reliable for travelers, especially people arriving by train. Don't trust their calls or promises. There are plenty of hotels, but few are this careless and dishonest. Avoid it if you value your time and peace of mind. Very misleading and unprofessional.

The room I got had a foul smell, peeling paint, and spider webs all over the washroom. Online, the pictures look good, but they have different room categories, and the actual rooms are very low quality.

I stayed for two nights. The staff were good, and being near the main road made it easy to get to the office.

The hotel didn't share pictures of the room, and communication was lacking. Inside, the curtains were torn, the blankets unwashed, the walls shredded, and the window was in bad shape. There was no AC temperature control. NOT RECOMMENDED.

There were bugs all over the bed, ants and cockroaches everywhere. The pillow smelled bad, the bedsheets had stains, and the door locks were broken. There was no hygiene, and the staff were rude and didn't care. This wasn't what I expected. Truly the worst experience.
