OYO 11649 Hotel Mahima

I don’t recommend OYO for a family stay or peace of mind. This place is **KING SPOT, and OYO gives franchises to anyone, with no location, facilities, or service. On my last booking, 18-07-2021, booking ID LLP25548, I visited the hotel and left without checking in. In 38-degree heat, I spent an hour asking the service executive to move me to another hotel. After many requests, they offered one costing 1299/-, while my original booking was 899/-. I agreed to pay a cancellation charge, but then they offered me the same hotel for 2999/-, 300% more than the current offer shown in the app. I couldn’t understand why I should pay more when I could book another place for 1299/-. I cancelled my plan to stay with OYO and chose another hotel, much better than the OYO **KING HOTELS CHAIN. Wouldn’t suggest it to anyone.

The place was disgusting, with spit everywhere and a terrible atmosphere both around the hotel and inside it. There was no hygiene, no drinking water, not even a glass. The staff were very bad, unsupportive, and uncooperative.

Room 304 had a good layout, but it wasn’t clean. There was dust and dirt, the bedding was untidy, and the taps were broken. The toilet was dirty and didn’t have any taps at all.

Everything was third-rate. The rooms stank, the toilet was even worse, and there was no AC or ventilation. The smell of cigarettes lingered. Never go there.
