The rooms were ordinary, and there is no lift, so we had to use the stairs to reach the second floor. The receptionist, who was also acting as bellboy, did carry our luggage. The food was good, but breakfast took a very long time because there seemed to be too few staff. People arriving by vehicle and sitting on the lawn beside the road were served first, though I don't know why. After waiting half an hour for someone to take our order, we left to get breakfast elsewhere.

A decent place to stay, with very friendly staff. They took care of all the things we asked for.

The butter Chicken was really delicious. I'd like to have it again, and I'll tell my friends about it too. Thank you.

The building is nicely constructed, but the staff don't maintain it well. Cleaning was inadequate and the service felt completely unprofessional. They said the bar was open until 10:30, but when I ordered at 10:10pm, I was told the restaurant had closed and nothing was available. I had to call repeatedly for even small things like the AC Remote, toiletries, towels, and water. Nothing was already in the room, and they didn't bring everything at once. I had to remind them at the door about the towels and other items I'd requested, then call reception again 15 minutes later to ask whether anyone had sent them. There were other serious issues too, but I don't feel comfortable listing them here. I'd choose somewhere else.
