I especially want to thank Mr.ROHIT for being so kind and helpful. The staff were polite, cheerful, and quick to assist, which made the stay feel welcoming. There was a good range of dishes and the food quality was consistent. The rooms were tidy and well maintained, and cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. I had a pleasant stay.

We slept well on the comfortable bed, and the calm atmosphere made the stay relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was hygienic, and housekeeping was excellent. Food was tasty, room service was quick, and Wi-Fi stayed stable. Check-in was fast, staff were helpful, and the location was easy to reach. The hotel felt secure, and the service was satisfying. I'd recommend it.

We had a great time here with family, including a karaoke night and a room with a wonderful mountain view. The staff were well trained and had good vibes. Food and stay were both a great experience.

Our room had a great view, and it was spacious, with a very clean bathroom. The food was tasty, and the staff were decent. A superb hotel.

2/10
The room size was good, but several basic things need major attention. The reception was often empty, so I had to call someone over. The toilet seat was broken, the bedsheets and linens were in poor condition, and water problems happened frequently. Worst of all, there was a large gap around the door lock that let people see into the room, leaving us with no privacy. The maintenance, service, and privacy issues made the stay disappointing.
