Hungry Jack

The breakfast buffet was top notch, and the balcony gave us a surreal first glimpse of Kanchenjunga. We spent two nights in a deluxe room, which was very clean and tidy, as was the washroom. M.G.market was only a few minutes away on foot.

Mrs. Sunita from the restaurant deserves special thanks. I was there with my 9-month-old baby, and she helped cook food for the baby. The staff worked hard to make our stay comfortable, and Mr. Calvin, the Booking Manager, was cooperative and made the booking hassle-free. Our Deluxe room had a lovely valley view and was spacious, with quite good amenities. Breakfast could use a few more food options, and the basin tap's water flow was a little slow. Those are suggestions for improvement, not complaints. I enjoyed the hotel and would suggest it to others.

Ms Shrishtika deserves a special thanks. I had a great stay with Avianna and booked an Executive room with a balcony, where the view was mesmerizing. Everyone on staff behaved well. I went in June, on a very sunny day, and Gangtok was a bit hot, so I wish the rooms had AC. They provide a table fan, though.

Ms. Sristika, Diksha, and Vishal gave outstanding service, and the welcoming atmosphere made a strong impression on me. Check-in went smoothly. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the amenities were top-notch. It was also easy to get around from here, with MG Market and West Point Mall nearby. The staff were polite and attentive, and I'd happily return and recommend this place for a relaxing stay.
