Le Vintuna Gangtok

The people at Club Mahindra Le Vintuna made this stay feel special, with thoughtful touches like complimentary room upgrades, lovely decorations for special occasions, and personal attention. The staff went out of their way to help tourists and made us feel safe, relaxed, and cared for. It felt like being treated as family, and I'll remember the experience for a long time. Mr. Aniket, Assistant Manager, set the tone with his warmth, leadership, proactive help, and personal care. Ms. Swarna Gouri and Ms. Komal, both Reception Managers, welcomed us warmly, coordinated everything smoothly, and were always available. Ms. Munna, F&B Manager, also deserves thanks for leadership that showed in the service and dining. The Food & Beverage team were friendly and attentive at all hours. Kalpana, Prachi, Aniket, Anirudh, and Sudhir were always smiling and willing to help. Bachhan at billing made everything smooth. Chefs Anita, Anurag, and Naveen made delicious, soulful meals and surprised us with extra complimentary dishes, so every meal felt special. Our stay at Club Mahindra Le Vintuna, Gangtok was magical, set in the peaceful beauty of Gangtok. It's more than just a place to stay, and a must-visit destination in Gangtok. Thank you to the whole team for such a beautiful experience.

Service was top notch, and there was nothing to complain about at the resort itself. But all day long, construction noise from the many new hotels being built right beside 'Le Vintuna' spoiled the calm and put a damper on our stay. Those projects will definitely destroy the charm and peace of this beautiful place.

The river side setting won me over, and the rooms were even better. Our bedroom even had a Jacuzzi. Food was amazing, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Had a wonderful stay at Le Vintuna, loved it here.

We were there in March 2025, and the only thing we were unhappy with was the approach road to the resort. For most of the way, the road was basically nonexistent. Arun Chettri at the travel desk made thoughtful arrangements that were also quite economical. Le Vintuna Club Mahindra resort is small, but the team made our stay so enjoyable. Check-in was made easy, our rooms were clean with amazing views, and staff greeted us politely wherever we went. The restaurant staff, especially the women, were caring and helped us enjoy each meal. The chefs made the best south Indian breakfast. We're from south India, and I can guarantee their medu vada is better than at many south Indian restaurants. They also served many pan India dishes. Team Le Vintuna, thank you for making our Sikkim experience wonderful.
