The food was delicious, and the rooms were neat and clean. Staff were cooperative, and maintenance was excellent. Very nice hotel in a great location. People have different perceptions, so ignore the negative reviews and experience it yourself.

Don’t book sightseeing trips through them. They take your money but apparently don’t pay the tour operator, which can leave you in serious trouble when it’s time to travel. The manager was awful and didn’t answer the phone even during an emergency. They ask for advance payment, but what you get may not match the pictures, and they won’t refund you. The rooms and room service were very poor, and the photos of the hotel are fake. Worst hotel in Gangtok. Never come here.

The only issue during my stay was that the Wi-Fi wasn’t working. Otherwise, the place was clean and well maintained, service was very good, and the complimentary breakfast was good quality. The rooms are huge, perhaps bigger than they need to be. It’s a good budget accommodation in Gangtok, within walking distance of the MG Marg Market, and it worked perfectly for a traveller. Highly recommended.
