The relaxed ambience made for a lovely stay, and the food was good too. Staff were friendly and courteous, while the rooms were clean and well looked after. I'd highly recommend the hotel.

The service was terrible, with no sense of responsibility. I ordered Puri Sabji a day ahead, but the next morning they brought Aloo Paratha without telling me. Starting the morning journey with this kind of careless service was upsetting. Taking a simple breakfast order and then failing to serve it is basic hospitality. If they can't provide what they promise, they shouldn't take orders.
