Really warm hospitality. The staff were kind and helpful, and the room was spacious and very good. The bathroom was clean and well equipped. Thanks to housekeeping for taking care of my room, and to Mr. Chandra Kant and kinjal for helping us during the stay.

Thanks to all the supportive staff. The property is lovely and very well kept, and the rooms were clean, comfortable and hygienic. Everyone was friendly and ready to help with a smile, which made my stay pleasant and stress-free. I'd recommend it.

The room was spacious, with a nicely made bed and a thick, cozy comforter. Golden lights gave it a nice finishing touch. Breakfast had a wide variety, and we enjoyed all of it. Mr. Aran served us kindly and was very helpful. The pool was fun, and the hotel provided swimming costumes. Mr. Ranjit made sure we had what we needed there. Dinner looked fancy, though the meals were expensive. The staff were awesome.

We were specially recommended by DSQUARE by Radisson to try the Rainbow Restaurant food, and ITC didn't let us down. Pinki, Vimal and Devendra Ji gave excellent service at the Rainbow Fortune Inn restaurant. Thanks for the great service, guys. I hope to stay here next time!

Supervisor Kinjal deserves a special mention for her excellent service and leadership. She was supportive and professional, made sure everything was managed well, and her positive attitude really helped our stay. The property is beautiful and well maintained, with spotless, comfortable rooms and a courteous, attentive staff. A great choice for a comfortable, hassle-free visit.
