Hotel kailash inn

We booked two nights at Kailash Inn but left after one. The bathroom window was transparent, which made things very uncomfortable for my girlfriend, and the main window had no lock, so someone could get in from outside. When we raised the safety issue, the manager brushed it off and said we were worrying for no reason. Wi-Fi was down, the TV had no channels or network, and he offered no help with either. He also hadn't told us that local attractions close on Mondays. After we checked out early, he refused to refund the second night, saying UPI payments to their “current account” couldn't be returned. It was a nightmare. Avoid it if safety and your money matter to you.

For an affordable stay in Garudeshwar, Hotel Kailash Inn is a practical option. The air-conditioned rooms were clean, and Wi-Fi and parking are free. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s also conveniently placed for the Statue of Unity, Garudeshwar Mandir, and Kevadiya Railway Station, with comfort at a budget-friendly price.

The staff were supportive and behaved well, and the service was great. Good location, clean rooms, a good hotel 👍

Really poor experience. The owner spoke rudely, and there was basically just a room without normal facilities. No kettle, no water, and no tea or breakfast available, even for a charge. The location was poor too.
