I had a good stay and the staff were good, but at dinner they brought me a chicken spring roll instead of a veg spring roll. I'm pure veg. The staff apologised, but I never got any message or formal apology from the General Manager on behalf of the Hotel. If you're vegetarian, I'd prefer you not stay at this property.

The breakfast was so yum, and we had a comfortable stay. Our room was clean and the toilet was spacious. Definitely recommend it if you're visiting bodh gaya.

The location makes things convenient for guests and visitors, and the staff are polite and helpful. Everything is arranged and well maintained, with high quality facilities and very good cleanliness. In my view, it's one of the best places to visit for a stay, reception, marriage, and similar events.

We were left tired and hungry, and the way we were treated was shocking. The staff went from polite to abrupt, dismissive, and unprofessional. Even the manager spoke arrogantly and showed little courtesy or sense of customer service. It felt like they had no idea how to treat paying guests. Basic hospitality was missing, and the whole experience felt disrespectful and disheartening.
