Here's a sample review of a recent stay: the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. There were plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby, and the breakfast buffet was delicious, with lots of options. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to others. 😊 Would you like me to change anything or add something?
The hotel is in mid town, with the railway station and market very close by. Cleanliness is very good, and the facilities are good. Staff service is marvelous, and they behave very nicely. Nazrin Naz is one of the staff members, very active and smart.
There were stains and hair on the bed and pillow, and even after we asked, they didn't change them. They also hesitated to provide basic amenities like soap and shampoo for the second person. The staff seemed to be trying to save as much as possible, repeatedly turning off the A/C and the heater connection. They only switched the heater on after we asked, then turned it off again. Sometimes the power points were off too.
Checking in and checking out were both hassle-free. The staff were helpful and kind.
The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, with great city views. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the service and amenities are excellent. The hotel's restaurant serves delicious food, making it a great choice for a memorable stay at Hotel vishal.
