OYO 23172 Hotel Heritage Inn

I checked in at 8 pm and was told to leave by 11 am, even though I needed one more hour. They insisted I check out or pay for another full day, despite having no booking for that room. The toilet and washroom weren't clean, the TV didn't work, and the receptionist didn't respond when I complained. Hospitality was poor. The location in the middle of town is the only good thing, while food and drinks are expensive. Worst stay I've had so far, and not worth the price.

The comfortable accommodations, good amenities, and great service made this feel like a luxurious, memorable stay. I highly recommend the Grand Hotel and can't wait to return.

The location is good, but I wouldn't recommend this Oyo to anyone. The rooms were dirty, and the manager was extremely rude and didn't know how to speak to customers. I booked for three people, but they refused to provide an extra mattress while still charging me for three.

There isn't hot water. They seem to provide a heating rod, but there's no bathroom plug, so you have to plug it in by the bucket in the room. The bathroom and windows were dirty, and the flush leaked and didn't work properly, so I had to use a bucket to flush. Room service was poor, and food arrived cold since they don't have their own kitchen. The bell and intercom didn't work either, so you have to go downstairs or call the staff member on duty. At around 1000 a night, it's not worth the price. This hotel isn't worth more than 500 per night.
