The location was good, but the room wasn't as clean as I expected and the food was just okay. The lift wasn't working, and although Wi-Fi was provided, it was extremely slow. Overall, the stay was so-so, and I wouldn't recommend it for a family.

I've been staying at Amara Hotel for the last three days on Bandhan Bank's loan, and it's been great. The service has been good and meals arrive on time. I highly recommend the hotel.

The service on the 3rd floor was much better after we were moved there. On the 2nd floor, the service wasn't very good, the washroom pipes were leaking, and there was an exposed electric wire. We complained and were switched to the 3rd.
