Capital O 1299 Mukut Regency

I noticed a concerning fuel difference after using the valet service. The gauge was clearly visible before I handed over my car, but when it came back around 4-5 litres of petrol were missing. The car hadn't been driven any long distance that would explain it. Staff gave no satisfactory explanation or accountability when I raised it, which left me doubting the transparency and trust here. I’m sharing this to alert others, not to claim more than I know. If you use valet parking, consider photographing or filming the gauge, noting the odometer, asking where the car will be parked and who will drive it, and reporting any difference before leaving. You may want to avoid valet if your fuel level is high. If you've had a similar fuel theft issue, share your experience so people can stay informed. Trust and safety are basic expectations, and this experience fell short.

The food was delicious and our guests appreciated it, while the decorations, ambience, and seating worked perfectly for a family celebration. We held our child's 1st birthday party here, and the staff supported us throughout. Everything was organized and ran smoothly, so we could enjoy the special day without stress.

It's easy to reach, feels safe and welcoming, and offers good value for money. Hotel Mukut Residency was a comfortable, peaceful place to stay, with clean, spacious, well-kept rooms. The staff were polite and helpful whenever we needed them. A lovely experience, and I'd recommend it to families, couples, or solo travelers looking for a calm stay.

The food at Mukut Regency is fresh, tasty, and has that home-cooked feel. Service is good too, with polite and helpful staff, and the hotel's location is convenient. If we hold a function or event in the future, this will be our first choice. Highly recommended.
