M Square Hotel-HITEC City

I stayed from 16th of feb till 9th of May 2026, and it was a superb stay. The owners son playing with cute toys in the reception area was an eye catcher. Shravan at the reception handled things so well that I had no issues. On the rare occasions when a small challenge came up, he took it seriously and sorted it out quickly, with a humble and pleasant manner. At breakfast, Anukul made the buffet experience easy and enjoyable, with quick help and a lovely attitude. Samir smoothly handled reception and room service, including my requests within hotel policies. He was calm and understanding, which helped me a lot. Everyone else was good too. Best experience overall!

The kadi khichdi was a highlight for me, comforting and full of well-balanced flavor after a long workday. The dining was good quality overall, with tasty food. I was at M Square Hotel on a business trip. My room was clean and well maintained, and the quiet surroundings helped me focus. Staff were professional, courteous, and quick to assist. It was a comfortable stay, and I’d happily return. I recommend it to business travelers looking for good service, comfort, and food.

Good location, friendly and well behaved staff, and a nice room. Breakfast was delicious, and I had a great stay.

The location is great and the infrastructure decent, but there was no warmth in the interactions. Staff barely communicated, made no eye contact or smiled, and seemed to avoid guests when asked for extra help. Breakfast was basic but decent, though nobody was available to take care of additional needs. It felt as if the hotel were being run on autopilot by people with no interest in engaging. I hope they take this feedback seriously and address these shortcomings.
