Housekeeping kept the room immaculate and cheerfully greeted us in the morning, sometimes working around our schedule. The dining staff were attentive and knew their stuff. After I mentioned liking a certain tea, a waiter brought it to me the next morning without being asked. It was a small gesture, but showed they listened. The property itself is beautiful, though what stood out was the team's manners and care. Their patience and consistently positive attitude made this a relaxing stay. I had to switch rooms twice before I found one I could sleep in. The sheets, pillows, and duvet were stained as if someone had urinated on them, and cockroaches were roaming around. The actual rooms were nothing like the website photos. Fab Hotels used to have good standards, but this property seems to be run by some third-class management. There are no standards here, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
