The Down Town Hotel

Everything else was fine, but the bathroom wasn’t good. When it rains, drainage water gets into it.

They’ve changed the hotel’s name, and the experience was awful. The staff were rude and behaved terribly. It felt money minded, and the staff were a waste.

The location is good and it’s a great budget option, but there’s plenty to improve. Furniture being moved on the floor above made continuous noise, even late at night. The restaurant wasn’t well maintained, room service dishes had too much salt, and at the morning buffet I had to ask for plates and wait for them. The restaurant and food are below average, so the staff need simple procedures and clear instructions. I suppose more mature management is needed. A budget boutique hotel can still provide quality. They’re already offering these services, and a bit more commitment and care could improve the stay and encourage customers to return.

The food wasn’t good, so just order it from outside. Otherwise, the place is clean, green, and peaceful, and the rooms are clean with really comfy beds, much as advertised. Booking by the hour through brevistay made check-in easy and hassle-free. There was no awkwardness or embarrassment as a couple, and the service was great.
