The Cinco Primera

I booked this place in an emergency and checked in late in the evening. The restaurant looked well branded, but the food wasn't up to the mark. The tea was basically warm water with a spoon of milk and sugar. I called reception several times and still couldn't get towels, soap, or other basic items. There were bugs and cockroaches in the room, and the limited staff were rude. The whole place was a mess. Worst property I've stayed at.

I was in Yousufguda for a three-day conference and booked through Agoda. Since the first FabHotel didn't have a room, I was moved to another one, and I'm thankful to that hotel's manager for arranging it. The bathroom at Cinco Primera needs maintenance, and the bedsheets were dirty. Agoda customer service was very poor.

They first told me my room had been given to someone else and the hotel was fully booked. I was eventually given another room, but its bedsheet had oil stains, there were no window curtains, and the shower handle came off in my hand when I tried to use it. They refused my refund request and sent me to a different hotel. There I had to buy everything I needed for the stay, even water, and there was no kitchen.

It was a pleasant stay for the price. The staff were friendly and cooperative, and the basic amenities were there and working. Food service could be a little better.
