Super Townhouse Rcc Majestic 397 LB Nagar

Room service was pathetic, and they said toiletries were out of stock. Even a pretty small hotel would provide them. They charge for breakfast but don't have an in-house restaurant. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Book it if you want a pathetic experience. I'll never stay here or at any OYO property again.

A comfortable stay, with a very good room, a nice lobby, and a good reception. I'll come back!

We booked two rooms, but left right away because of the service. The app says there are no restrictions, yet what we encountered at the hotel was completely different. The receptionist was a woman who seemed very unprofessional, and at the very least should try to smile. When we said we were leaving and started moving our things, she asked when we were going, even though our booking was still active through the next day.

Make my trip showed that breakfast was available, so we booked with breakfast and paid extra. But the hotel had no dining facility. Staff said we'd get a refund after checkout. A week later, after contacting make my trip twice, I was told a refund wasn't possible. I feel like the hotel staff, Oyo, and MMT are all scamming customers.
