The Conclave Hotel

I booked three nights at Hotel The Conclave, from 23rd February to 26th February, through Goibibo. The booking was fully paid and non-refundable. When I arrived, the male receptionist told me to cancel that confirmed booking and book directly with him, paying again. When I refused and asked why I should cancel a valid prepaid reservation, he denied me a room. That was shocking, highly unprofessional, unethical, and unacceptable. Guests shouldn't be treated that way after making a legitimate confirmed booking. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I strongly don't recommend staying here, and would urge people to be very cautious before booking.

I'm still staying here, and it's been a terrible experience. There are small cockroaches all over the room, the dining area is very bad, and the staff aren't helpful or cooperative. The environment isn't good for a stay either. I've attached pictures. It's been the worst experience we've ever had.

For under 5000 in Hyderabad, this is the best hotel. I just didn't like the rooms because I found an open area in the bathroom.

After the recent management change, things like this have been happening. They charged extra for another bed and a three hour late stay. When we discussed an amount while leaving, they asked for even more in cash. I'm not sure management knows about it. Very bad choice for a hotel, especially as a regular customer. A very bad experience.
