There’s no breakfast before 8 AM and no choice of what you get. The food was awful and expensive, and even a bottle of water took an hour to arrive. Tea took ten calls to get. Housekeeping was absent, the water kept stopping, and the power backup didn’t work properly. I’d never recommend this hotel.

The owner was rude and unavailable when we wanted an explanation. During my sister’s wedding stay, the rooms weren’t clean or ready when the guests arrived, and the food wasn’t prepared on time. The rooms smelled bad, and the staff weren’t helpful or efficient. We paid a lot for food that the manager said would be cooked in pure desi ghee. When we went to the kitchen to complain, it was filthy, covered in “slush,” and there was no sign of desi ghee. They had been cooking with Dalda ghee instead. My guests were also served stale tea in the morning, which was humiliating. I’d ask everyone to avoid staying here.

The dining area has a nice feel for breakfast, though the food was just okay. They provide chilled water, which I especially liked in the summer, and the staff are helpful with good service. It’s a nice place to stay in indrapuram, but check your room first. There’s about a 60% chance the AC door or lights won’t work, though they repair them quickly.

There’s greenery and spacious lawns all around, with room to hold birthday parties or ceremonies. The rooms were beautiful and clean, breakfast was tasty, and the service staff were kind. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend visiting once.
