I checked out immediately, and my refund is still pending. The first room they gave me was filthy and reeked of cigarette smoke. When I asked to change rooms, things got worse: the bedsheets had stains that looked like human body fluids, and the mattress underneath was stained with blood and other bodily fluids. It was revolting and traumatic to see. The washroom was unsanitary, and the curtains had gutka stains and spit on them. It felt like a serious health risk just to lie on the bed. I wouldn't consider this suitable for families, or safe for anyone. Avoid this place if you care about hygiene, safety, and basic human dignity. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

The bathroom was in horrible condition, and there were no towels or bucket in the room. I had to ask repeatedly for those things. The service was really pathetic.

The staff were trying their best, and the hotel was okay overall, but it was below average and I wouldn't recommend it for families. The rooms didn't match the pictures and needed a lot of maintenance. Cleaning was poor, and the room phone was covered in dust when we checked in. There was no AC remote or way to adjust the temperature to what a guest wanted.

The reception is in the basement while the rooms are on the top floor. The rooms were dusty, the ceiling was leaking, and the toilet was messy. They wouldn't even negotiate ₹100 off the room price. I booked through Fab Hotels, which had even worse customer support. Check my video for a better idea of the rooms. Worst hotel experience.

Once my MakeMyTrip booking for Fab Hotel Indrapuram was confirmed, the hotel called to say there was no room available. They put me in a room at the cheaper Golden Stone instead. It was very dirty, the bed was awful and smelled so bad I couldn't bring myself to sleep on it. The washroom wasn't clean, and there were no towels. I paid double, but unfortunately the money wasn't refunded. I recommend never booking Fab Hotels. It feels like a fraudulent hotel company.
