The only real letdown was the TV in our room. We stayed at Windstone Residency from May 21 to May 22, and it wasn't working from the first night, so my child couldn't watch cartoons. We told reception that night, then asked again in the morning. They said it would be fixed soon, but nobody came before we checked out at 12 PM. That was very disappointing, and I hope they make sure it doesn't happen again. Apart from that, everything was good. The rooms were neat and spacious, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the staff were friendly. The location near the airport and Fun Mall was convenient. It felt safe and comfortable, and good value for a family or business stay.

The one small hassle was parking. It fits around 10 cars, but space can feel tight and getting around sometimes depends on other parked cars moving. Still, I had a wonderful stay at Windstone Residency. The rooms were fantastic, the hotel was tidy and clean, service was top-notch, and the location was convenient.

Getting to the airport and nearby malls was easy from this convenient location. We had a wonderful stay, and I’d highly recommend the property. The service was outstanding. Karthi, Vijay, and Sudhan at the front desk were friendly and professional, and made us feel welcome. It was also a nice touch to see the F&B manager personally attending to guests.

This was our second stay at Windstone Residency, with family and friends in rooms 102, 104, and 203. I especially want to recognize Restaurant Manager Indrajith and the reception team, Karthikeyan, Sudan, and Vijay. They guide us and other guests so well, and their teamwork is excellent. Five stars to Windstone Residency for having these people.

We held our daughter's ear-piercing function here, and everything was arranged smoothly. The food was delicious, especially the signature Baby Corn Salt and Pepper fry, which everyone really enjoyed. The staff were kind and polite, and the service and hospitality were excellent. They didn't hurry us out of the hall even though we stayed almost half an hour past the scheduled event time. We appreciated that a lot. They also gave us a complimentary room for the event and let us keep it longer, which was very helpful. Our family had a lovely, memorable time. Thank you, ROBERT Sir, The CHEF and The Manager Sir. Highly recommended. - Daniel & Nancy.
