Our function was held in the second-floor banquet. Big thanks to Raghav ji for the hospitality. The Grand Palace Indirapuram Ghaziabad is easy to recommend: the staff are warm, attentive, and ready to help, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped for a comfortable stay. Breakfast had plenty of fresh, delicious choices, and the banquets and hospitality were outstanding.

The room was decent for the price, though the bathroom fell short of expectations. We had booked online through OYO, but when we arrived the hotel staff said they were no longer associated with OYO and wouldn’t honor the booking. We had no other option then, so we booked directly and paid again. It was confusing and inconvenient.

I’m a very happy customer and have stayed at The grand place many times. I’m fully satisfied with the service and plan to come again. Mr Moin, the hotel’s GM, is very helpful.

The breakfast buffet was a highlight, especially the lovely fresh fruit, and it was tasty and worth it. Staff were attentive, smiling, and patient throughout our pleasant stay. They dealt with any concerns promptly, and we were especially impressed by the hospitality. The swimming pool needs maintenance and better upkeep. Special thanks to Mr. Raghav Sr. Manager Hotel The Grand Palace.
