The sheets smelled awful, and when I asked for a towel, they wouldn't give me a fresh one. There was no handwash, no geyser, and not even a bucket or mug in the washroom. The TV didn't work, and without an inverter, you have to sit in the dark during a power cut. The room had no key either, so once inside, you had to take all your luggage with you if you went out. The whole hotel was in terrible condition. The worst hotel I've ever visited. Don't pay online for this place.

The staff were fine, but the quality of the hotel was cheap. Water was dripping from the AC and flooded my room, and they didn't help me change rooms. It was dirty, the walls were damp, and the room smelled bad. I booked two days but stayed only a few hours. I kept asking for cold drinking water, but they sent regular water instead. A really awful experience. Check the rooms before booking.

The staff were good, but the rooms and washrooms need attention because they weren't properly clean. There was no power backup or generator. The bed was very small, and the mattress was too old.

Water leaked through the ceiling, and there were spots on the bedsheet. Check-in was delayed, and the receptionist was rude. The rooms were untidy and unhygienic, and although breakfast was listed as included, none was offered. A very bad experience. My advice is not to waste your money on a room here.
