OYO Flagship 75052 Kuku Residency

This was the worst experience I've had. There was no hot water, and the sheets were dirty and clearly hadn't been washed. Please replace them so the next guests can at least have a better stay.

This is the management's reply: "Dear Customer, At Kuku Residency, we strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests and staff. While we welcome feedback, we must clarify that your group was asked to leave due to a violation of our guest policies regarding intoxication and the mistreatment of our team members. We do not tolerate abusive behavior toward our staff under any circumstances. Our priority remains the safety and well being of those on our premises. We stand by our managements decision to escort your group from the property." I'm proud to say everyone can check the CCTV footage and see whether we behaved wrongly. The reception staff there had no idea about anything, and the manager lady treated us customers really badly. There were three of us, we took a room, and they charged 7000 for one night in an ugly room. I'll say it again, anyone can check the CCTV footage. Always look for better options. Don't choose this place.

I got a great deal on an AC room through oyo. It's a calm, quiet location with plenty of car parking. It's a bit far from Thrissur, but close to Thrissur medical college and a nearby bus stop. They have AC and non AC rooms, high speed wifi, hot water, TV, and a 24 hour reception.

The manager was rude and bossy with customers, and the laundry and housekeeping were below average. Hot water was practically a dream here. The rooms weren't worth the price either. A really bad experience.
