The washrooms in the rooms were poorly maintained and unhygienic, and there weren't basic facilities in the rooms or for senior adults. Staff were rude and uncooperative. They charged a very high amount for décor, but the quality was extremely disappointing and our requirements weren't met, even though the full payment was taken in advance. The whole experience was horrible.

I handed my vehicle to the valet at Hotel West View, NH-91, Ghaziabad, at approximately 8:00 PM on 31 December 2025. The valet staff parked it in a no-parking area, and I received a ₹500 traffic challan. I consider this a clear deficiency in service. Since valet parking is a paid/assured service, lawful and safe parking is the provider’s responsibility. I reported it to hotel staff, but they didn't accept accountability. I expect management to reimburse the challan and make sure this negligence doesn't happen again. CCTV footage at the hotel entrance can verify the handover. I'm posting these facts and seeking a fair resolution.

The room was in terrible shape, with zero maintenance, and the washroom condition was pathetic. Visit before you book.

The banquet had no service, no DJ wala, and nobody seemed willing to listen to complaints. A terrible place. Don't spend your hard earned money here and risk ruining good memories.
