Hotel Kinsfolk inn

We hosted an event in the 4th-floor banquet hall at Kinsfolk Inn Hotel & Banquet in Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, and found it spotless, nicely maintained, and beautifully set up. The food was delicious, and the catering was impressive. Staff were attentive and courteous, taking care of things promptly. The hall can accommodate 200-300 people, so it suits small to medium-sized functions. With good planning and clear communication, I think it can be a great venue for a gathering. I had a fantastic experience and recommend it.

A last-minute birthday booking at Kinsfolk turned out to be a great call. The rooms and banquet both looked lovely, with beautiful interiors and arrangements. The food was top notch, and the professional, courteous team made the occasion even better. Servers, decor staff, and valet all showed wonderful hospitality. Thanks especially to Gaurav and Mayank sir for helping make my event a success. I recommend kinsfolk inn.

What made the stay stand out most was the attentive, friendly service. Every staff member was eager to help and made me feel looked after. The location was convenient for attractions and transport, while still being peaceful and quiet. My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully furnished, with a luxurious bed, high-end linens, and a proper workspace. The bathroom had a rainfall shower, plush towels, and premium toiletries. Check-in was quick, and the welcome was warm and professional. I also enjoyed Harbor Grill, which had a flavorful menu of local and international dishes. Breakfast was fresh, generous, nicely presented, and offered plenty of choice. The fitness center was fully equipped, and there was a tranquil indoor pool and a relaxing spa. It was an outstanding stay that exceeded my expectations. Hotel offers comfort, elegance, and great hospitality for business or leisure, and I'd gladly return and recommend it.

The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, with broken door locks, nonworking fans, poor hygiene, and dim, uncomfortable lighting. It didn't feel like anyone had prepared them for a wedding booking. Food service was badly managed too. Meals were late, and when they arrived, most bowls were empty. I have the proper video. Staff were rude, ignored requests, and wouldn't cooperate. The whole baraat began complaining to the bride's family, which was embarrassing and hurtful. On a day meant to be joyful, the hotel's management caused humiliation and, I feel, harmed the bride's family's reputation in front of the guests. The baratis' stay at Kinsfolk Hotel was a disaster from beginning to end. I found the mismanagement and negligence completely unacceptable. There's no professionalism, responsibility, or respect here. I strongly advise people to stay away and not book, or you may face humiliation too.
