Hotel Sweet Dreams By OYO Rooms

The rooms were neat and clean, the food was awesome, and the service was good.

We arranged triple occupancy by phone through oyo, but the staff member there was rude and said it wasn’t allowed. He also wanted double the charge for another bed or room, despite what we’d been told. The place felt dingy, and the staff’s response didn’t match the oyo commitment. I wouldn’t trust these people.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Avoid it.

This was probably the worst room experience I’ve had. The blankets had a lot of blood on them, and when I showed the receptionist, he just asked why I hadn’t said so earlier instead of sorting it out. First they gave me key 210, but cleaning was still going on in that room, so they moved me to 209. I didn’t know there was no water there. I called and was told the tank was empty and to wait. Still nothing came, then a staff member offered to bring water from outside in a bucket because work was going on. I needed to shower, and having to keep asking for water was frustrating. When I lifted the bedsheet, I saw blood there too. A really awful stay.
