Someone was already sleeping in the room they gave me. I waited another 30 minutes, after first being left outside for an hour. The door had no lock or even a latch, and bedbugs kept biting me all night, so I couldn't sleep. When I raised it, staff just said, “CCTV lage hain.” They also refused the complimentary breakfast, saying it was only for MakeMyTrip bookings, even though the OYO app clearly promised it. OYO customer care was useless. Full amount charged, no service. Avoid this hotel and OYO, it was a waste of money and time. I booked the hotel townhouse grand inn through OYO for ₹650 with complimentary breakfast listed, booking ID DBRQ5063. I had already paid ₹618 online, but on arrival the hotel demanded ₹1600. They finally gave me a room after the wait, but someone was in it. Staff told me next time to book through MakeMyTrip. That felt discriminatory.

They first refused to honor my confirmed, fully paid booking and demanded another ₹1000. Only after I insisted and said I'd file a complaint did they agree to proceed. Then they gave us a different, substandard room instead of the one I'd booked. It was dirty, smelled strongly unpleasant, and clearly hadn't been maintained. Traveling with my family made it even more frustrating and uncomfortable. Trying to get extra money and then providing an inferior room was unprofessional and disappointing. It ruined what should have been a pleasant stay. I'd advise people to be cautious and wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I had to pay ₹1200 for a room booked through OYO at around ₹700. They initially asked for ₹1700 and refused to negotiate, even though OYO had given the hotel 3000 points to help make check-in smooth. Staff still said to pay ₹1200 or find somewhere else. It was 8 PM, and I was with my family, so I felt I had no choice. The room wasn't worth that price, and there weren't even towels provided. Staff were rude and unresponsive, and the rooms were very dirty and unhygienic. A waste of money, and I'm highly disappointed.

Check-in cost almost twice what the OYO app showed, and when I asked why, I got no clear answer or support. The room was dusty, the bathroom dirty, and the overall hygiene was poor. There was no drinking water, proper toiletries, or towels, and staff weren't helpful or responsive. It wasn't worth the money, and I expected better from an OYO Townhouse. I wouldn't recommend Townhouse Grand Inn, Vaishali, to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay. I booked Townhouse Grand Inn, Main Market, Sector 4, Vaishali through OYO, and the experience was disappointing.
