The room and service were both in terrible shape. The washroom smelled, the bed was broken, the bedding was unacceptable, and the door lock didn’t secure the room properly when I went out. Staff noise carried on late, so I couldn’t rest, and the night manager came across as arrogant and discourteous. My stay was far below basic standards. There are better places near Dudhwa, so I’d avoid this hotel.

We were three family members and had confirmed by phone that one extra bed would be fine. When we arrived around midnight, tired from traveling, the hotel suddenly insisted we needed two rooms because one of us was a woman. They gave no sensible explanation. It felt like they were trying to force an unnecessary extra charge at a difficult hour. I’d avoid this place if fairness matters to you.

Mr Arnav greets you with a lovely smile, and Mr. Lokesh Sharma really makes an effort to guide and help customers.

The food was really good, and the service team worked hard throughout our engagement ceremony on 12/9/21. The manager, whose name I can't recall, kept every promise. We ran late wrapping things up, but the hotel didn’t pressure us to finish quickly. I was the last to leave, around 1:30am, and the staff were still cleaning and closing everything down. They even served me a soft drink on their own. That gesture meant a lot to me.
