Our family pilgrimage stay here was awful. The hotel claims to be the best in everything, but the rooms had no paint, no chairs, and a stinking smell. The walls were in terrible shape and looked like they hadn't been repaired in ages, maybe 100 years. There was no wifi and no breakfast. Don't come here if you're looking for peace.

These were the most awful rooms I've ever seen. I booked through Fabexpress, but once I saw the rooms, I didn't even check in, so my money was wasted. Don't trust the photos, they were all fake. I can't trust any online booking sites anymore.

My stay in Ujjain was awful. The room smelled and was extremely dirty, and the staff behaved badly. The hotel manager wasn’t around at all during the 24 hours I was there. I complained several times, but eventually they only gave me a television set-top box. They didn’t even provide a second bottle of packaged water. I wouldn’t trust Febexpress services again.

The staff were helpful and cooperative, and there’s room service around the clock with plenty of parking. I really liked the ambience at shree shivay hotel and had a nice stay.

Service was poor. When I raised the issue, the staff just told me to speak to the owner. Water was spilling into the room area, and the rooms themselves were very bad.
