OYO 13758 XS Residency

I had a confirmed reservation through Oyo, but when I reached the hotel at 1 am they refused to give me a room and offered no concrete reason. I suspect they sold the rooms elsewhere because it was wedding season. The management's behavior was very unprofessional. My advice is not to book this hotel through Oyo.

The service was awful, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. We were given used sheets and blankets; even after repeated requests to change them, they took them away and brought back the same ones, claiming they had changed them. I booked one night with breakfast for 1st july through Make My Trip for ₹1720/- (One Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty), paid online, but at the hotel they said they weren't on Make My Trip and the booking wasn't valid. They would only give me a room if I paid again, so I had to pay extra, which was very frustrating. I still haven't received a refund. They don't serve breakfast either, so you have to go out and find food yourself. I would say never visit.

I uploaded a photo of Room no .304 to show the condition of the room, bedsheet, blanket, and toilet. The rooms here are all like that one. There's no breakfast service, so you have to go out for food, and there are lots of mosquitoes. Please don't stay at this hotel.

The rooms smell and the bathrooms are broken. I checked three rooms, and every one was shabby and in terrible shape. This place is horrible, and its main business seems to be renting rooms by the hour.
