Hotel Rangyul Kargil

As a solo traveler on a tight budget, I appreciated the reasonable rates and the quality, which made it good value for money. I got to stay at hotel Rangyul during my trip to Kargil, and my experience was good overall.

Our group of 18 visited your Hotel on 25/5/2024. We loved the food quality and the excellent hospitality. Thanks to the sub staff, staff, cooks, manager, and the whole team. 🙏🌹🌹🌹🌹

I stayed just one night, on 13 June. The rooms were pretty average, and the toilet needed a little repair, though it was usable. Food wasn’t available because of Covid, but they expected to bring that service back when the tour industry picked up again. The person there was really hardworking, let us use their kitchen, and helped us however he could. The hospitality was amazing, so I’m adding a star for that. I hope my next stay is better, with the same hospitality.

We stayed here for a night while traveling from Leh to Srinagar, and it was by far the best hotel of my whole Ladakh trip. Hasan, the owner, was very courteous, friendly, and helpful, always ready to serve guests with a smile. The staff’s service was simply awesome. Our spacious room had a view of the sunrise from the bed, and the river flowed alongside. There’s an open dining area overlooking the river too. Completely worth the money, and the best place to stay in kargil.
