The room was spotless and fresh, with everything neatly arranged. Housekeeping clearly paid attention, right down to the made beds and amenities. Whenever I asked for something, it arrived promptly, and the staff were courteous and professional with a warm smile. The cleaning and service felt five-star, and I’m very satisfied. I’d recommend this hotel for a comfortable, hygienic stay.

Rani Akka's home-cooked food was awesome, and the place in Kodai was peaceful, about 6kms from City Center. Saranya helped us find accommodation that fit our needs, while Ramesh, the accommodation in-charge, was supportive and very nice. Xacro manages the property. We stayed two days with two families and kids, and it turned into a memorable trip. Thanks to Xacro for a wonderful experience.

The homestay food was tasty, hygienic, and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and responsible, especially manager Mr.Ramesh, who helped a lot and handled the arrangements well. The Purple Orchid is up in the hills in a breezy, misty spot, and at times it feels like the clouds are right around you.

Manager Ramesh was welcoming and helpful the whole time. We had an amazing stay at The Purple Orchids, with home-cooked-tasting food and a warm, homely feel. It was very kid-friendly.

Ramesh, Jayakumar, Rani, Dhanush, Malliga and Chandra were all kind, and the food had that home-cooked taste. We had a good stay with great hospitality throughout. I recommend it if you want a peaceful place with a homely feel.
