The rooms were clean and hygienic, and the staff were accommodating and cooperative. Service was excellent, the food quality was superb, and management was very good.

The geyser didn’t work, and the deluxe room was in this condition despite what we paid. The bed linen was so worn that it kept pricking us. Room service came to replace it as soon as we complained, but the replacement linen was just as bad. Extremely disappointing. I’d recommend checking other options before booking.

Flower petals started coming out of the jacuzzi’s small openings when we tried to turn it on. It was really gross. I told the front desk, but instead of apologizing or fixing it straight away, the staff were rude and acted like I was the problem. There was no professionalism or care for guests. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I’d avoid it, since there are plenty of other hotels that clean their rooms and treat people with basic respect.

The rooms and common areas felt clean and well maintained, and the service was quick, efficient and professional. Staff were very polite, helpful and ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious, with lots of variety, and every meal was well prepared. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere comfortable, calm and pleasant, with lovely scenery. Thank you 😊
